Unique Fitness Icon Set Designed Specifically For App Usage
TrenAlt Alternative Logo Design Concepts
TrenAlt requested us to design a personalised fitness assistance app. They wanted the design for their app to be dynamic as well as intuitive. The app was aimed at helping people to find and execute their workout plans in order to achieve their fitness goals.. The aspiration of the app was to become very instrumental in counting calorie intake, controlling weight, muscle gain and making sure that the user exercises correctly on a regular basis.
We had to design a mobile app that was easy to use and have delightful interaction. Moreover, they wanted UI design to be appealing so that the app could catch users’ interest, make them engage and discover the functionality. Designing an app that must be compatible with both iOS and Android.
When the structure was approved, we started working on the presentation of the UI elements. One of the tasks was to find an effective colour palette for the interface. The thing is that colour has a significant influence on our visual perception and the first impression from a product. Inappropriate colours may affect some of the usability aspects such as readability of copy elements and user satisfaction. Moreover, it’s important to consider the preferences of the target audience: people perceive colours differently depending on their age, gender, and culture.
We provided the client with several options so that they could see their app from different perspectives. There were examples with dark and light backgrounds as well as cold and warm colour palettes.
A dynamically innovative digital media suite that allows users to be retargeted based on the tour they saw last and spent the most time viewing. This was done by introducing a contextual campaign to increase reach by showing prospective audiences the current, and most popular tour. In addition to that, we applied daily and lifetime frequency caps specific to each user in order to prevent overexposure.
Design, Test, And Repeat
After hammering out the functionality and flows in the wireframes, we applied the visual design. We designed a simplified UI because the goal was to create an intuitive interface with a user-friendly and user-centred design.
Once the UI Design was accomplished, it was tested by using the hands-on approach to determine its functionality. The Usability of finished UI was tested by our in-house testing team as a clickable UI prototype. We iterated the design until it reached the user’s satisfaction level.
We created a go-to pocket health and fitness consultant app with innovative features and an intuitive interface with a user-friendly environment from scratch. The app lets the user count their calories, control their weight and exercising regularly. The app helps a user to make their mind about the goals that they want to achieve. The app is compatible with HealthKit (for iOS users) and GoogleFit (for Android users).
